Fashion and a high tea are planned Sept. 12 in Menifee in a fundraising event for senior programs and services. The event is set from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Kay Ceniceros Senior Center. It’s the senior center’s second year hosting the event. Last year about 70 people showed up.
